3-Row Row-Independent Silage Machine
The 3-Row Row-Independent Silage Machine is designed to provide high efficiency, strong working performance, and practical operation in corn and grass silage harvesting. Thanks to its row-independent structure, it can operate without being strictly dependent on crop rows, offering more flexible harvesting in the field.
With its 2200 mm working width, the machine can cover a wide area in a single pass and offers a capacity of 70–80 tons per hour, making it a suitable solution for medium and large-scale farms. Its 100 HP tractor power requirement allows it to work with powerful yet commonly available tractor classes.
The machine operates with 750 rpm and 1000 rpm PTO options and can be easily connected to the tractor through a three-point linkage system. Its hydraulic and electronic spout system, together with a 360° spout rotation angle, helps transfer the harvested material into the trailer in a controlled and efficient way.
With 12 blades, 12 throwing wings, 4 feeding drums, and a 2-shaft working system, the machine is designed for regular feeding, effective chopping, and high working capacity. The saw-type cutting blades provide strong cutting performance in corn and grass silage harvesting.
Its durable body structure, standard sharpening system, carrier wheels, and painting process consisting of epoxy primer and final acrylic paint support long-lasting use. With its high capacity, row-independent working advantage, and strong technical structure, this machine is an efficient and reliable choice for professional silage harvesting operations.
