4-Row Row-Independent Silage Machine
The A2ZA2Z4RISM-290 4-Row Row-Independent Silage Machine is an ideal choice for medium and large-scale farms. With its 3.0-meter working width, it allows four rows of corn planted with row spacing up to 95 cm to be harvested for silage at an optimum level in a single pass.
The machine can be mounted either at the rear or at the front of the tractor, offering flexible operation according to field conditions and user preference.
The A2ZA2Z4RISM-290 is equipped with 12 special cutting flywheel blades, each processed through seven different stages. The harvested crop is efficiently transferred to the chopping unit by means of 4 horizontally positioned crushing and pulling drum units located in front of the flywheel. The main advantage of these horizontal crushing and pulling drums is that they provide continuous and trouble-free crop feeding into the chopping unit.
The crushing and pulling drums of the A2ZA2Z4RISM-290, together with its replaceable headers, are supported by a special gearbox system that offers 4 different gears and 16 different half-gear combinations. This system allows the operator to control the working speed, chopping length, drum speed, cutting saw speed, and auger speed as required.
In case of any blockage that may occur in the front header, the automatic reverse discharge system inside the machine can be controlled by remote control. This allows the operator to easily clear any blockage at the machine’s intake area without even leaving the tractor cabin.
The A2ZA2Z4RISM-290 offers a smooth and comfortable silage harvesting experience with its 360-degree rotating and automatically locking spout system.
The long-lasting gearbox components of the A2ZA2Z4RISM-290 are carefully processed and assembled in our own facilities using modern technology and precise workmanship.
