Light Type Chisel Plough
The Heavy Duty Chisel Plough with M9 Tines is designed for deep soil loosening, breaking compacted layers, and improving soil aeration without fully turning the soil over. Its strong chassis structure provides reliable performance under demanding field conditions, making it suitable for professional soil preparation before planting.
All versions are built with a 100 × 100 × 8 mm profile chassis, ensuring high strength and durability during intensive field operations. The machine uses M9 type cast tines with 77 cm height as standard. The tine tips and wing points are made from 40–45 HRC hardened steel, providing strong wear resistance and long service life in tough soil conditions.
The clamps are produced from durable cast steel and carefully tested for impact resistance. A safety bolt system helps protect the machine by breaking under excessive force when stones or hard obstacles are encountered in the soil, reducing the risk of tine deformation and chassis damage.
Depending on the model, the machine can be used in mounted or trailed configurations. The 3-point hitch system is used for mounted models, while lower hitch connections are used for trailed models, offering flexibility for different tractor types and field requirements.
